Dr Yoann Gloaguen

Yoann is a Director, Metabolomics and AI, focusing on leveraging machine learning methods to accelerate natural product discovery.

Yoann has over ten years of experience in Metabolomics and bioinformatics and holds a PhD in the analysis, visualisation and biological interpretation of metabolomics datasets from the University of Glasgow.

Before joining Pangea Bio, Yoann's research at the Berlin Institute of Health at Charité focused on developing innovative computational metabolomics approaches to address unresolved data processing challenges in Metabolomics. He also worked in the field of biomarker discovery as a machine learning expert at Centogene.
